These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wishcraft, operated by Vishnova Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company, available at wishcraft.to.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wishcraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use Wishcraft on their own. Users between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years of age may use the service only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, and the adult who provides consent agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf. Children under thirteen (13) are prohibited from using the service in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we discover that a user under thirteen has created an account, we will terminate that account and delete their data, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
Description of Service
Wishcraft is an AI-powered platform provided by Vishnova Labs LLC that allows you to describe tools you wish existed in plain English. Our systems interpret your description and generate custom AI mini-applications ("tools") with structured inputs and outputs. You may run those tools with your own data, save them to your account, share them via links for others to use, and request refinements to improve how a tool behaves. Features, limits, and availability may evolve over time. The service depends on third-party infrastructure including hosting, authentication, AI inference, and payment processing, as described elsewhere in these Terms.
Account Registration and Security
Accounts may be created using Google sign-in or email and password through Firebase Authentication, a service operated by Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly at support@wishcraft.to if you become aware of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or harm other users or the integrity of the service.
Free and Paid Plans
Wishcraft may offer a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. As of the effective date above, the free tier includes up to five lifetime tool generations, up to twenty-five tool runs per calendar month, and tools that expire thirty days after creation unless you upgrade. The Pro tier is currently offered at nineteen U.S. dollars ($19) per month and includes unlimited tool generations, unlimited tool runs, and tools that do not expire for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. Plan features, limits, and prices may change with at least thirty days' notice where required by law; we will use reasonable means such as email or in-app messaging to communicate material changes to paying subscribers.
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, Inc. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the billing tools Stripe provides or as we describe in the product; access to Pro features continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods except where required by law. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, your account may be downgraded to the free tier and usage limits applicable to the free tier will apply again.
AI-Generated Content
Tools, recipes, and outputs are generated using artificial intelligence, including models provided by Anthropic (Claude). Vishnova Labs LLC does not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, professional, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification by qualified humans. AI systems may produce errors, omissions, or biased content. You assume all risk arising from your use of or reliance on generated tools and outputs.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the text, data, and materials you submit to Wishcraft ("Input"). Subject to these Terms, Vishnova Labs LLC grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use AI-generated tool recipes and outputs from the service for your personal and commercial purposes, without transferring ownership of our underlying models, software, or systems to you. Vishnova Labs LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Wishcraft platform, including software, user interface, branding, documentation, and aggregated non-personally identifiable analytics.
User Conduct
You agree not to use Wishcraft for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract training data or model weights from our or our vendors' AI systems. You must not generate or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that promotes violence or exploitation. You must not circumvent technical or contractual usage limits, share accounts in a way that conceals abuse, scrape or overload the service in a manner that degrades performance for others, or use Wishcraft primarily to build or train a competing product without our prior written consent. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where permitted.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review tools and related content. We may remove, disable, or restrict access to any tool or account that we believe violates these Terms or creates risk for users or third parties. We may preserve and disclose information if required to do so by law or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our users or the public.
Third-Party Services
Wishcraft relies on Firebase and Google Cloud (authentication and data storage), Anthropic (AI inference), Stripe (payments), and Netlify (hosting and related infrastructure). Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes by third parties, though we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable experience.
Data and Privacy
We collect account information, usage data, and tool-related data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we use, store, and share information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Wishcraft, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISHNOVA LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE WISHCRAFT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VISHNOVA LABS LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vishnova Labs LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Wishcraft, your Input or generated tools, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
Termination
You may stop using Wishcraft at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution—will survive. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy; free-tier tools may expire on the schedule described above regardless of termination timing.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate, such as by email to the address associated with your account or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of Wishcraft after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Wishcraft shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. You agree that disputes will be brought only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms we present for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vishnova Labs LLC regarding Wishcraft and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject matter.
